By way of testimonial, I feel the need to give this diet very high marks! I have lost 15 pounds in 15 days. It has been great! I have more energy. My overall health has improved. I have a better attitude in general. It has been an interesting ride. There were days when I didn’t make the goal of drinking 10-12 glasses of water. There were also some days when I left out a meal. It caused me to plateau for a couple of days. I learned quickly that fasting not only interrupted the diet, but caused weight gain. I really worked at sticking with the diet and on occasion still plateaued. My thoughts were, “Just keep following the regimen.” I did and the weight loss started up again. I found it important to weigh at approximately the same time each day. When I
felt hungry between meals, I sipped some Crystal Light or a diet soda and that calmed down the hunger pains. All in all, I have been very pleased with the results. Anyone who is serious about this diet and willing to stay on it will find the rewards far beyond their imagination. I’m a real believer!
